As a ServiceNow Developer, you are tasked with designing and developing key ServiceNow capabilities aligned with client needs. Your role requires working closely with clients and stakeholders to deeply understand their requirements and ensure the success of the project. You'll be recommending tools and solutions based on a thorough analysis of current product functionalities.
Among your duties, you will support the ongoing design and development of Service Management solutions, following industry best practices and collaborating with both internal teams and customers. Your development tasks will include crafting custom portal pages, modules, and APIs, along with customizing web pages, UI policies, and scripts. Additionally, you'll handle ServiceNow administration, including upgrades and updates as necessary, while maintaining expertise in industry standards and best practices.
You are expected to transform product requirements into system solutions, considering technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Creativity in solving complex problems tech-wise is also part of your role. Work will be done in accordance with documented Project Implementation Plans, and you're to apply your expertise across various disciplines.
You should have domain expertise in at least one ServiceNow product such as ITSM, ITBM, GRC, or CRM. At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development and 3 years with web hosted applications are necessary. Your skill set should also include familiarity with the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and an ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance, alongside a BA or BS degree.
It's important that you can work during Eastern Standard Hours and meet US citizenship requirements per contractual obligations. Freedom from employment restrictions and the ability to work onsite as necessary are also required. Compensation offered will vary depending on several factors, including education, skills, and experience.
The salary range for this position spans from $74,900.00 to $149,800.00 annually, with actual compensation dependent on a variety of factors.
