Success in this role is measured by the ability to meet and exceed business goals, quotas, and a continuous development of a thorough understanding of Motive's technology platform, ensuring product iterations align with market needs. Keeping abreast with market trends is imperative for offering consultative insights.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate boasts significant Enterprise sales experience and has a strong history of partnership with F1000 clients in Canada. At least four years of SaaS or related Enterprise field sales experience is required, with additional experience in telematics, software solutions, and logistics being a plus. The successful candidate will be data-driven with a proven record of exceeding quotas and a reputation for growing their book of business significantly.

Building rapport with executive decision-makers is key, as is influencing outcomes using a comprehensive understanding of customers' businesses and Motive's distinct solutions. Autonomous work capabilities and a strong ability to navigate sales goals are also essential, along with first-rate communication skills to deliver Motive's value propositions and handle objections effectively.
