Role Overview

The company is in search of a versatile growth marketer with a strategic mindset, ready to tackle the various facets of growth marketing. This person would be managing multi-channel growth strategies, ABM strategies, cross-functional campaigns, creating marketing plans with Sales and Biz Ops, and enhancing inbound and outbound marketing tactics. They should be adept at creating campaigns that resonate across the buyer's journey, have solid reporting skills, and be instrumental in shaping the overall marketing strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build a multi-channel demand generation strategy.
  • Design and implement an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy.
  • Orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to co-create growth plans.
  • Establish and maintain funnel discipline with solid reporting and analytics.
  • Contribute to building a high-performing Marketing team.
  • Optimize operational processes and ROI metrics for demand generation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 7 years of experience in achieving growth targets using various marketing strategies.
  • The ability to thrive in uncertain situations and overcome obstacles resourcefully.
  • A data-driven mindset with an ability to make decisions based on data and instincts.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • A customer-centric approach with an understanding of the buyer and user journey.
  • Knowledge of marketing tech stacks and strong opinions about their efficacy.
  • A positive attitude towards impacting customer support teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a base salary range of $150,000 to $180,000 per year along with stock options. Assembled supports a hybrid work model with catered lunches in their San Francisco and New York offices.
