About the Director of Curriculum Role

The Director of Curriculum at aiEDU is a key position responsible for leading the development of engaging and effective AI Literacy learning materials. This role manages an outstanding team of curriculum developers and instructional designers, and collaborates closely with the Chief Learning Officer and other teams to ensure quality education and professional development.

Role Details

  • Location: Remote, U.S. based.
  • Compensation: $145,000 - $155,000, experience-dependent.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package including health, dental, vision, and more.
  • Start Date: ASAP, with some flexibility.

Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities include managing the curriculum team, driving product development and strategy, engaging in curriculum development, and coordinating with multiple teams to align on a cohesive educational vision. The Director plays an essential role in setting goals, leading projects, and ensuring team growth.

Your Impact

Within a few months, you will fully integrate into aiEDU's operations, lead key meetings, manage projects, and develop new curricular products. In six months, you'll track team progress towards goals, and within a year, you will have significantly contributed to the development and release of new curriculum resources, and formed deep team relationships.

About You

Candidates should have at least four years of curriculum development experience, teaching experience (preferably in Title 1 schools), and leadership skills in a professional development context. The ideal candidate will have strong time management, empathy-based leadership qualities, and a passion for education and tech equity.
