About the Role

Motive seeks a passionate Sr. People Analyst for its People Analytics team to build the function from scratch. This pivotal role involves analyzing data, driving insights across the full employee lifecycle, and fostering cross-functional partnerships to influence positive outcomes for both the people and the business at Motive.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate strategic insights from analyzing business requirements and people data related to various aspects like Recruiting, Employee Experience, DE&I, and Talent Management.
• Design and maintain business intelligence solutions while leading analytics projects.
• Create and implement engaging data visualizations and self-service dashboards in Tableau, and train stakeholders to enhance adoption.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data and analytics technologies.
• Develop and support analytical capabilities across the People & Places team.

Candidate Profile

• Over 4 years' experience in a quantitative or analytics role. Background in People/HR analytics preferred.
• Expertise in Tableau, SQL, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
• Experienced in managing end-to-end projects, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Advanced skills in handling sensitive data with discretion.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's degree and proficiency in Python or R is a plus.
