Join Chapter's team as a Medicare Advisor—enjoy comprehensive benefits, uncapped commission, and continuous support to offer top-notch guidance.

Our Commitment to Medicare Guidance

Chapter is dedicated to providing premier Medicare guidance in America. We achieve this by dismantling information barriers, training elite Advisors, and ensuring ongoing community support. Unlike other advisors who limit their recommendations to insurance companies that provide them with compensation, Chapter utilizes advanced technology for Advisors to examine every plan from every carrier meticulously, ensuring clients receive the most suitable recommendations.

Our Advisors adopt the '3 Ps Method' to rigorously review each client’s providers, prescriptions, and priorities. This thorough approach ensures each beneficiary obtains essential high-quality healthcare at the best value, and no member is left without support in their Medicare journey.

Contribute to Our Mission

Chapter is expanding its advisory team, looking for dedicated individuals to help save members on medical costs and assure financial stability. The role is pivotal, providing concierge-level service with our proprietary technology to continually guide retirees into optimal coverage. Candidates passionate about setting and achieving goals, who measure success through customer satisfaction, retention, and enrollment, are invited to apply.

Compensation is performance-based but not influenced by the specific coverage recommended, ensuring unbiased advice for our members. Readiness to connect with seniors, an active life and health insurance license, or willingness to train for one are key qualifications for these full-time roles. A $1,500 signing bonus is offered to new Medicare Advisors starting before April 1st, 2024.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

The role involves engaging with seniors about Medicare needs through phone and email, utilizing Chapter's innovative software to identify the best plan options, and educating clients on suitable insurance coverage. Applicants should be self-motivated, independent, computer savvy, communicative, and preferably have prior Medicare sales experience.

Benefits and Perks

Chapter offers competitive perks, including complete coverage for medical, dental, and vision premiums for full-time staff, mental health support partnerships, wellness stipends, and a provisioned office pantry. The startup is recognized by BuiltIn NYC, provides generous parental leave, paid holidays, and a significant PTO allowance. Salary starts at $52,000 annually ($25 per hour) with a potential OTE between $80,000 and $120,000, plus equity. Compensation may be adjusted based on individual skills and experience.

If you're driven, possess a strong work ethic, and believe you align with Chapter's standards of integrity and community service, you're encouraged to apply for this opportunity to contribute significantly to the lives of retirees.
