Chapter is expanding its advisory team, looking for dedicated individuals to help save members on medical costs and assure financial stability. The role is pivotal, providing concierge-level service with our proprietary technology to continually guide retirees into optimal coverage. Candidates passionate about setting and achieving goals, who measure success through customer satisfaction, retention, and enrollment, are invited to apply.

Compensation is performance-based but not influenced by the specific coverage recommended, ensuring unbiased advice for our members. Readiness to connect with seniors, an active life and health insurance license, or willingness to train for one are key qualifications for these full-time roles. A $1,500 signing bonus is offered to new Medicare Advisors starting before April 1st, 2024.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

The role involves engaging with seniors about Medicare needs through phone and email, utilizing Chapter's innovative software to identify the best plan options, and educating clients on suitable insurance coverage. Applicants should be self-motivated, independent, computer savvy, communicative, and preferably have prior Medicare sales experience.
