The Senior HRSD ServiceNow Developer is a key player in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The developer's role includes effectively designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications to align with specific business requirements. Key Responsibilities

Solution Discovery & Design: Collaborating with Solution Architects to understand business outcomes and documenting requirements. Leading the design of ServiceNow solutions that align with these needs.

Technical Implementation: Leading cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with design requirements, and that solutions adhere to best practices. This includes developing advanced scripts and implementing business rules.

Data Migration: Managing data migration from legacy systems to ensure accuracy and consistency within beneficial ServiceNow data structures.

Integration Management: Working on the integration of ServiceNow with other systems to create end-to-end solutions.

System Optimization: Analyzing performance, designing optimization strategies, and improving configurations for ServiceNow platform solutions.

Technical Documentation: Ensuring thorough documentation of technical configurations and decisions is maintained.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Conducting in-depth testing of configurations to confirm functionality and user experience, and addressing any issues.

User Training: Providing end-user training for new ServiceNow implementations.

Change Management: Supporting the transition process by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Incident and Problem Resolution: Troubleshooting technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.

Best Practices: Contributing to the development of best practices and standards, maintaining adherence to security and compliance requirements.

Continuous Learning: Keeping up-to-date with ServiceNow features and enhancements to maintain expertise and meet Practice standards.

Mentorship: Offering technical guidance to junior developers and supporting the growth of team members.

Collaboration and Communication: Ensuring effective project coordination and ongoing communication with project stakeholders.

Corporate Growth: Participating in the development of client roadmaps and demos, and potentially supporting proposals for new opportunities.

Qualifications and Pay Range

Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow solutions, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification, U.S. citizenship, and a public trust clearance. A variety of preferred certifications are listed, and an extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, ITIL processes, scripting languages, and integration management skills are advantageous. The position offers a pay range of $84,533.00 to $143,706.00.
