Growth Marketer Role

The company is seeking a full-time Growth Marketer passionate about analytics, content, and distribution. Working closely with the founders, the role involves innovating marketing initiatives, optimizing lead generation, and eventually leading a team to scale up operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing experimental strategies to attract e-commerce clients.
• Optimizing lead generation through various marketing channels.
• Developing high-impact multi-channel campaigns.
• Writing impactful copy for email marketing.
• Collaborating with founders to inform strategy.
• Using performance data to refine marketing efforts.
• Producing marketing and sales materials.
• Sharing learnings with the team.

Candidate Requirements

Prospective candidates should have at least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment related to influencer marketing. A track record of increasing web traffic and subscriber engagement, and experience with growth marketing, specifically in driving demo bookings, is essential. Bonus qualifications include fluency in Spanish and familiarity with Figma and Notion.
