Role: Head of Product Marketing

The Head of Product Marketing will develop and execute the product marketing strategy, positioning Close as a leader in the CRM market for small businesses and startups. Responsibilities include messaging, defining go-to-market strategies, and managing cross-functional product launches. The role involves collaboration with the Product & Engineering teams to communicate product information to both prospective and current customers. Additionally, the Head of Product Marketing will profile and define the ideal customer for Close, creating buyer personas, and will lead the messaging to articulate Close's unique value compared to competitors. The successful candidate should keep up with competitive and industry trends and act as the customer's voice internally.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must be based in the United States, have over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, and at least 2 years of leadership experience managing a team of individual contributors. A successful track record of communicating the effectiveness of a SaaS product to a target audience is essential.
