Responsibilities

  • Take comprehensive ownership of large enterprise accounts, acting as the main point of contact and nurturing those relationships.
  • Strategically plan for both territories and accounts, independently drive outbound pipeline generation, and partner with Business Development Representatives.
  • Ensure LaunchDarkly's technology is adopted smoothly within large enterprises, coordinating with sales, customer success, and support teams to ensure satisfaction.
  • Enhance LaunchDarkly's presence and articulate its value to high-level executives.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to present both business and technical solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, support, and revenue operations to tailor offerings to customer needs.

About You

Qualifications

  • At least seven years of enterprise sales experience with a consistent record of surpassing quota expectations.
  • You've successfully navigated consultative sales with top-level stakeholders and have a history of growing business within large enterprise accounts using a SaaS Sales strategy.
  • Experience in an emerging technology software company and familiarity with MEDDPIC sales methodology is a plus.
  • Willing to travel 25-50% as needed.

Compensation

The target pay range for a Level P4 in New York is $250,000 to $294,000, not including benefits like stock units, and health insurance.
