Position Details

Everway is currently seeking a strategic and hands-on ABM & Regional Campaigns Manager. This critical role involves planning and executing targeted marketing programs throughout Everway's priority segments. As the manager, responsibilities will include overseeing account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and regionally tailored campaigns, while also leading a team of Regional and ABM Campaign Specialists. This is not just a tactical position; rather, it requires an emphasis on team management along with campaign strategy. ##

Key Responsibilities

ABM & Regional Campaign Strategy

The ABM & Regional Campaigns Manager will:

  • Lead the development and execution of 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs that focus on high-potential accounts.

  • Own the creation of integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs of specific geographies, account clusters, and sales territories.

  • Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Directors and the Growth Marketing team to develop campaigns that are ready for the field, addressing local buying cycles and state-level trends.

  • Build campaign plans that incorporate various strategies and mediums such as digital advertising, email, webinars, events, direct mail, and content to cater to key regions and accounts.

Team Management & Leadership

As a leader, the candidate will:

  • Manage and expand the team of Regional and ABM Campaign Managers, providing mentorship and support.

  • Establish clear goals and expectations for campaign execution, leading prioritization efforts and helping to scale best practices across the team.

  • Support the onboarding and professional development of new team members as the function expands.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaboration is essential, and the manager will work with:

  • Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations teams to align ABM and regional marketing initiatives with overall go-to-market (GTM) goals.

  • Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) to ensure effective communication, lead follow-up, and pipeline acceleration.

  • Facilitate feedback loops between sales and marketing to refine campaign strategies and priorities.

Campaign Operations & Insights

This role will also involve:

  • Overseeing account selection and intent-based targeting, ensuring effective campaign orchestration.

  • Defining success metrics in collaboration with Marketing Operations and reporting on campaign impact.

  • Optimizing performance through ongoing testing and sharing insights across regions and account tiers.

Process Enablement

For sustainable success, the manager will need to:

  • Document scalable processes for campaigns, ABM playbooks, and regional marketing templates.

  • Enable both sales and marketing stakeholders to adopt ABM tools, insights, and messaging seamlessly.

  • Stay updated with trends in ABM, field marketing, and regional marketing, and bring innovative ideas to the table.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years focusing on ABM and/or regional field marketing programs.

  • Experience managing a high-performing marketing team.

  • A strong understanding of account targeting, segmentation, campaign planning, and the ability to influence the sales pipeline.

  • Prior experience collaborating with sales teams to enhance conversion and outreach effectiveness.

  • Familiarity with ABM/MarTech tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and similar platforms.

  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
