Job Role: Account Manager, DACH

Required Skills

The job requires specific qualifications and experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years in B2B account management, customer success, or consultative sales, preferably in SaaS, AI, or industrial technology sectors.


  • Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.

  • A proven history of expanding customer accounts, increasing overall contract values, and successfully securing renewals.

  • Strong consultative sales skills with demonstrated experience in upselling and negotiating long-term contracts.

  • The ability to build and maintain significant relationships with key stakeholders in relevant sectors is crucial.

  • Experience using CRM tools (like HubSpot or equivalent) to manage account performance and renewals.
