Responsibilities

Work Product Development

The AI Product Manager will start with developing internal tools and workflow products that could range from:

• Sales automation tools and internal dashboards
• Production planning metrics and course launch aids
• AI agents designed to undertake repetitive operational tasks
• Solutions for Creative, Marketing, Finance, Student Support, and Tech Support teams
• Workflow automation tools utilizing systems like HubSpot, Stripe, Google Workspace, Asana, and many others

As the role matures, it will transition into the development of student-facing products, which includes areas like the student platform experience, AI learning tools, and various operational workflows regarding enrollment and payment processes.

Key Tasks

The responsibilities entail:

1. Identifying Real Business Problems: The incumbent will need to engage with various stakeholders, scrutinize workflows, ask pertinent questions, and unearth the true operational rates that lie behind requests.

2. Product Solution Design: This involves converting business pain points into practical product ideas, including detailed user flows, workflow logic, and feature sets.

Required Skills

Candidates are expected to have:

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a related field such as Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Product Operations.
• Proficiency with automation and integration tools like n8n, Zapier, and Supabase.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, or OpenAI Codex.
• Strong skills in interviewing business stakeholders and translating their needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Ability to craft PRDs and other formal documentation.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and structure.
• Basic technical fluency, including knowledge about APIs, databases, integrations, and user roles.
• Familiarity with design tools to create user-facing experiences.
• Fluency in English at a level sufficient for professional communication.

Preferred Qualifications
