The primary responsibilities for the Sr. AE include:
Closing Sales: Engage with prospects to convert leads into long-term clients by explaining the value proposition of Almabase’s offerings.
Managing Relationships: From qualifying calls to finalizing contracts, maintain thorough communication throughout the sales cycle, including handling product demonstrations and contract negotiations.
Contributions to Pipeline: Attend about 1-2 conferences quarterly to nurture and develop new leads as well as maintain existing client relationships,
Collaborative Selling: Work together with Solutions Consultants for product-related inquiries and with the Sales Director for contract negotiations.
Successful candidates must possess:
B2B Software Sales Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals ranging from $20,000 to $50,000 Annually.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively articulate the value proposition of Almabase's products.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain diligent records in the company’s CRM tools.
Solution-Selling Expertise: Comfortable in a solution-selling context, tailoring offerings to meet the unique needs of educational institutions.
Personality Traits: A fun, confident demeanor with a passion for relationship-building is highly regarded.
The compensation package for the Sr. Account Executive position consists of:
$150,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE): Broken down into $75,000 base salary plus $75,000 in commissions (with no cap on performance).
Commission Structure: A 5% commission on total contract value (TCV), which accelerates to 7.5% for any quarterly earnings above the quota.
Unlimited Vacation Policy: Employees may take as much vacation time as needed.
