Driving Performance through Metrics: This responsibility can involve tracking contribution margins, pricing strategies, inventory health, and ad efficiency as per requirements.
Establishing Repeatable Processes: As the store scales, part of your role will be to develop processes that are sustainable, preparing for the hiring and supporting of a small team in the future.
The ideal candidate should possess:
6+ years of Amazon FBA experience: This should include demonstrated ownership of product selection, sourcing, and scaling.
Strong commercial and operational judgment: The ability to select products wisely, manage suppliers effectively, and plan inventory and fulfillment operations is critical.
Vendor Management Skills: You should be comfortable establishing and negotiating with vendor/wholesaler relationships confidently.
Autonomy in the Role: The position requires the ability to operate with minimal direction and maintain high accountability.
Remote Work Experience: Candidates must have prior experience working remotely and should be fluent with tools and platforms that facilitate remote collaboration, such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana. Applications lacking this will not be considered.
