  • Managing Freelance Writers: Assigning and overseeing some content to freelance writers, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

  • Content Optimization: Conducting audits to refresh and optimize existing content for better performance across various metrics, such as search engine ranking, conversion, and user engagement.

  • Performance Reporting: Creating monthly reports on content performance to keep stakeholders informed about key insights and results, ensuring alignment with customer goals.

  • Collaboration: Actively working alongside design and SEO teams to enhance the quality of deliverables and participate in team knowledge-sharing initiatives.

  • Institutional Contribution: Taking part in internal initiatives including researching new service offerings and refining AI-assisted content workflows.
