Key Responsibilities

The Architect will:

• Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams on technical design and problem-solving.
• Optimize existing infrastructure and architectural processes to leverage cloud platforms effectively.
• Own all implementation aspects including design, development, deployment to production, and support.
• Design and build systems that are scalable, highly available, and easy to maintain.
• Create multi-tenant RESTful services at scale.

Required Skills

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• 12+ years of commercial software development experience in an Object Oriented Language (such as Java, C#, or Go).
• Hands-on programming skills with various AWS APIs and technologies including EC2, IAM, Route 53, and Elastic Container Service.
• Experience with open-source technologies including Spring, Gradle, Git, Jenkins, and Linux.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Linux Shell and Python.
• Familiarity with Immutable Infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code principles using technologies like Docker and Ansible.
• Strong verbal and communication skills, with a proven ability to mentor others.

Compensation and Benefits
