Position Overview: Architect - Infrastructure

The position of Architect - Infrastructure at Veeva Systems is an enticing role for individuals passionate about cloud technologies. • Build scalable, highly available, and easily maintainable systems.
• Create multi-tenant RESTful services at scale.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be suitable for this role, candidates must possess the following skills:

• Hands-on programming experience with AWS APIs and technologies.
• A minimum of 12 years of commercial software development experience in an object-oriented language like Java, C#, or Go.
• Current experience with open-source technologies such as Spring, Gradle, Git, Jenkins, JUnit, Tomcat, and Linux.
• Competence in scripting languages such as Linux Shell or Python.
• Familiarity with Immutable Infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code technologies like Docker, Ansible, and AWS SDK for Java.
• Strong verbal and communication skills, with an emphasis on mentoring other team members.
