Responsibilities

As a Junior HR Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting internal communication by distributing information about hours banking, adjustments, benefits, and other HR related announcements.

  • Assisting in internal marketing actions and events, such as the “Café dos Aniversariantes” (Birthday Café), commemorative dates, and necessary materials for meetings, coordinating with internal departments and suppliers to facilitate these initiatives.

  • Supporting infrastructure and organization within the office space, including operational requests (groceries, coffee, fruits) and monitoring deliveries and stock levels.

  • Participating in Recruitment and Selection processes as needed: posting job openings, updating visuals, performing initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.

  • Submitting processes that require validation to management according to the flows defined by the HR department.

Required Skills

To qualify for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A technical formation or a degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields in progress or completed.

  • Basic knowledge of HR administrative routines such as hiring, termination, leave management, and payroll processing.

  • Fundamental understanding of labor laws (CLT) and departmental procedures.

  • Basic knowledge of the GDPR relative to handling employee data.

  • Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel and Word.

  • Familiarity with HR systems and communication platforms ( corporate emails, LinkedIn).

  • Introductory insights into document organization and both physical and digital archiving processes.
