A minimum of 2 years of business development experience with a demonstrable track record of success.
Candidates should be autonomous and possess strong international exposure, having lived and worked abroad.
Fluency in English at the native level is mandatory, along with knowledge of either German, French, Danish, or Dutch.

More than 3 years of experience working at Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
