Required Skills

• Approximately 10 years of relevant work experience, including a transition to the SaaS industry is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years at a top Strategy/Management Consulting firm, ideally at the Associate Partner or Principal level.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development with a proven track record.
• Autonomous working style with significant international exposure, including having lived and/or worked abroad.
• Native-level fluency in English and proficiency in one of the following languages: German, French, Danish, or Dutch.

Nice to Have Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are advantageous:

• Over 3 years of experience working with Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical operations processes.
• Experience in selling or implementing SaaS software.
• Previous experience with Veeva products.
