Role Description

The position available is for the Associate Director of Strategy within the Vault Clinical Operations Suite. This role's core focus is on the market-facing elements of the suite, driving both market share expansion and customer retention across Enterprise and Small & Medium size sponsors and Contract Research Organizations (CROs). As a customer- and prospect-facing role, the Director will liaise with sponsors and CROs to accurately assess their needs and deliver tailored solutions for customer success. This is a remote position, as long as the candidate is located within the Netherlands and has connectivity to an airport for travel needs.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director will be involved in several strategic activities, which include:
