You'll be reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Talent & Influencer Marketing and will be pivotal in driving talent-led storytelling throughout the company’s marketing campaigns. ## Key Responsibilities The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for: - Collaborating with the Senior Manager to implement influencer and talent strategy across various campaigns. - Leveraging relationships across the talent ecosystem, including creators, agents, and publicists, to secure fitting partnerships for campaigns. - Proactively seeking and pitching ideas for creator or celebrity collaborations that align with DoorDash’s brand storytelling and cultural timing. - Overseeing day-to-day management of influencer partnerships to ensure operational precision and creative excellence. - Collaborating with teams across Creative, Comms, Partnerships, Legal, Media, and Social to assure the integration of talent strategies across communications channels. - Managing budgets and rates for influencer partnerships while monitoring deliverables throughout production and launch phases. - Keeping an updated understanding of cultural trends, identifying conversations and movements that DoorDash can authentically engage with. - Evaluating performance metrics to derive insights and recommendations for future partnerships and campaigns. ## Required Skills and Qualifications DoorDash is looking for someone with: - Five years of experience in either influencer marketing or brand partnerships within a fast-paced agency or consumer brand setting. - Strong storytelling instincts complemented by an understanding of cultural relevance. - The ability to take initiatives, connecting dots, and manifesting innovative ideas. - A creative mindset balanced by producer-level discipline for managing logistics. - Strong adaptive capabilities under pressure with a solutions-oriented outlook. - A collaborative spirit that fuels a commitment to continuously elevate the creative quality of the team’s output. ## Salary and Benefits The role offers a competitive salary range of $108,800 to $160,000 depending on various factors including but not limited to skills, experience, and market conditions.
