To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
0-2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition coordination experience.
A basic understanding of sourcing techniques and best practices in recruitment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders effectively.
An aptitude for managing multiple job requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is typically between $55,300 and $76,075, depending on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. This role offers the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. For non-sales roles, bonuses may be available based on individual performance, potentially allowing total compensation to exceed the posted salary range.
