• Cultivate relationships with current customers and identify opportunities for selling additional services.
• Network to establish connections with prospective clients that would benefit from the company's reconditioning services.
• Employ strategic selling and negotiation skills to produce favorable outcomes for both the customer and Dent Wizard.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• A combined minimum of 3 years of experience in district route and auction leadership positions.
• Proven management of a P&L of at least $1.5 million in annual revenue.
• Experience overseeing teams of 20+ staff members.
• Ability to travel overnight approximately 10-20% of the time.
• A result-driven approach with a positive and motivating leadership style.
• Excellent communication skills, characterized by a persuasive and credible demeanor that empowers team members.
• Demonstrated capacity to implement successful strategies and achieve results.

Compensation and Benefits
