In this role, you will:
Build new features for the REST API and enhance the AWS infrastructure utilizing a modern tech stack that includes C# and AWS CloudFormation.
Collaborate with product management, designers, and QA teams to implement new features and enhancements.
Participate as a key reviewer in the pull request process to ensure high code quality and provide insights to team members.
Optimize application performance, focused on scalability and low latency, especially when handling large datasets.
Develop features leveraging AWS tools like Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and Redshift.
Automate deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Infrastructure-as-Code technologies.
Identify and resolve any bottlenecks, ensuring high availability and uptime.
Learn the development process, codebase, coding standards, and tools.
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues.
Complete small, well-defined tasks or bug fixes to showcase coding abilities.
Begin to handle assigned tasks with greater confidence and independence.
Engage in larger tasks, like implementing new features or modules.
Improve troubleshooting abilities and adhere to coding standards.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
7+ years of backend development experience focused on data-intensive applications.
Proficiency in a backend language (e.g., C#, Java, C++).
Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Redshift).
An understanding of ELT/ETL processes and challenges associated with large-scale data management.
Strong grasp of Software Design fundamentals coupled with problem-solving skills and an affinity for clean code.
Excellent English communication skills, with a B2 level or higher required, enabling effective work in cross-functional teams.
