  • Continuously identifying and implementing improvements in payroll operations to maximize efficiency through well-defined processes.
  • Advising on compensation, benefits, legislation issues and tax-related queries as necessary.
  • Collaborating with teams from Finance, Treasury, Human Resources, and other regional teams to support project initiatives and any required system enhancements and testing.

Skills Required

The ideal candidate should possess several critical skills:

  • In-house UK Payroll Experience: A proven track record in handling UK payroll processes. Applicants should demonstrate current and comprehensive knowledge of UK payroll legislation—including PAYE, National Insurance, SMP, SSP, NIC, and RTI.
  • Proficient in Payroll Calculations: Ability to perform manual salary and tax calculations with accuracy.
