Job Position

BigID is seeking a Technical Product Enablement Manager to oversee how products are showcased to the market. This pivotal role functions at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Enablement. The primary duty is to convert product builds, launches, and features into clear, engaging, and repeatable demo narratives that sales and engineering teams can effectively utilize across diverse regions.

Responsibilities

The Technical Product Enablement Manager will be responsible for several key tasks:

  • Own the canonical demo narrative: Lead and refine the overall narrative, flow, and delivery aligned to product positioning and differentiation.
  • Translate product features into stories: Focus on creating outcome-oriented demonstration narratives rather than just walkthroughs of features.
  • Define demo content: Decide what should be included in the demo environment to optimize the buyer's journey.
  • Manage demo updates: Oversee project management for demo updates in line with product launches and releases.
  • Record and distribute demos: Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to package and share demo walkthroughs effectively.
  • Maintain demo assets: Serve as the custodian of demo materials, recordings, and documentation, ensuring all assets are organized and accessible.
  • Design demo enablement programs: Create and deliver training for sales and engineering teams to improve their demo skills.
  • Coordinate training logistics: Manage the planning for in-person demo training sessions and post-sale enablement.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will bring the following requirements to the table:

  • At least 4 years of experience in technical product marketing, sales, solutions engineering, or go-to-market enablement.
  • Strong technical fluency, with the ability to distill complex product information into relatable stories across sectors such as data platforms, security, privacy, cloud computing, and AI.
  • Proven skills in translating intricate platforms into compelling demo narratives suitable for senior stakeholders.
