Position Details

The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist is expected to participate in a part-time role, working Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Colombia Time. This flexibility allows the candidate to maintain a healthy work-life balance while taking advantage of a stable 20-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruiting for legal positions, particularly for U.S.-based law firms, along with an understanding of personal injury law roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify hiring needs, especially for legal roles.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough resume evaluations, assessments, and interviews to gauge candidates' legal knowledge and cultural fit.
• Manage the full interview process, from scheduling to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tracking tools.
• Ensure compliance with applicable recruitment policies and labor standards throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in talent acquisition or HR, specifically focused on legal-sector recruitment.
• Proven success in placing candidates within U.S.-based law firms, with additional preference for those experienced in personal injury staffing.
• Strong interviewing and evaluation skills, along with familiarity with legal terminology and various job functions in the legal field (e.g., paralegals, legal assistants).
• Proficiency with ATS tools and standard productivity software, including Google Workspace and spreadsheets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
• Capability to work independently in a remote environment while managing various tasks across different time zones.
