The Role of an Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with prospects throughout the entire buying process. Responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Independently generating new leads proactively.

  • Quota Achievement: Setting and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Collaboration & Reporting: Working closely with other internal teams for data sharing and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Account Executive position are expected to meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of full cycle sales experience as an Account Executive.
  • A self-motivated and goal-driven disposition with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Proficiency in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot, along with sales tracking tools.
