Job Title: Senior Data Engineering Consultant

Job Type: Full-Time

The selected candidate will be part of Brivia’s strategy to improve its data and digital capabilities by closely collaborating with clients to develop tailored data solutions.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, applicants must demonstrate the following abilities and experiences:

Mandatory Skills

• Fluent English: Capable of oral and written communication in English.
• Data Handling: Solid understanding of Data, Reports, and Integration (DRI) methodologies.
• Change Data Capture (CDC): Experience in CDC processes, essential for managing data updates.
• ETL/ELT Knowledge: Proficient in Data Staging, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), and ELT processes.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficient in SQL and Python.
  • Direct experience with Azure Cloud environments.

Experience with the following technologies:

• SQL Server
• Oracle
• SAP
• Snowflake
• ADLS (Azure Data Lake Storage)
• Databricks

Installation and Configuration Experience:

• Experience in installing, configuring, upgrading, and supporting:
  • Qlik Replicate
  • Qlik Enterprise Manager (QEM)

Communication Skills

Strong capacity for communication and collaboration to work efficiently with data architects, DBAs, and analysts.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with support tools such as ServiceNow. This skill may enhance the operational aspects of the position.
