Selling the Ecosystem: Promoting the complete framework offered by SkyCell, which includes hybrid hardware, risk elimination solutions, and IoT telemetry for real-time data tracking.
Challenging the Status Quo: Demonstrating to clients why traditional solutions fail and how SkyCell’s offerings can serve better in terms of compliance and cost savings.
Navigating Complex Negotiations: Managing multi-stakeholder discussions to secure Master Service Agreements (MSAs), covering aspects of quality, compliance, and logistics.
Orchestrating Validation Processes: Collaborating with technical teams to guide customers during operational qualifications and validation studies, thereby facilitating a seamless transition to commercial adoption of SkyCell's solutions.
Candidates must possess the following skills and experiences:
Experience in B2B Sales: A minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in relevant industries, such as Pharma Cold Chain or Life Sciences SaaS. Those with a background in semiconductors, aerospace, or data center services may also be considered.
Technical Acumen: A comfort with language relevant to quality standards and the ability to learn and communicate about thermal physics effectively.
Proven Sales Record: Demonstrable success in securing new business and closing complex deals, especially with values exceeding $500k.
Tech Experience: Familiarity with IoT and telemetry solutions, or experience with active/hybrid containers will be advantageous.
Willingness to Travel: Candidates must be ready to travel within their territory, covering 30-40% of their time on the road.
