Role and Responsibilities

The Business Development Representative role offers an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing sales team in Italy. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Identification: Proactively identify potential clients in your area through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Building Relationships: Meet with current and prospective clients to understand their challenges and create empathy, establishing trust and providing a positive experience.
  • Closing Sales: Employ effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and achieve your objectives.
  • Product Knowledge: Become a product expert regarding everything Teya offers; don't worry, extensive training will be provided.
  • Market Feedback: Collaborate with the rest of the company to deliver valuable insights from the field to improve our products.
  • Customer Loyalty: Maintain lasting relationships with customers by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Brand Representation: Be the face of Teya in your area, embodying our values and vision.

Your day-to-day activities will involve fieldwork to acquire new clients, participating in team meetings to strategize objectives, and managing an active customer portfolio, along with providing excellent post-sale customer service.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required.
