Qualifications Required

• At least 8 years of experience with data-intensive solutions using distributed computing, not including internship experiences.
• At least 4 years of programming experience with Python, Scala, or Java.
• At least 3 years of experience in building and optimizing ML systems.
• A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role related to ML solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are preferred:

• A Master's or doctoral degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or a similar field.
• Experience deploying ML solutions in public cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• At least 4 years of experience with recognized ML frameworks like scikit-learn, PyTorch, Dask, Spark, or TensorFlow.

Salary Information

The salary range for this position varies based on location:

• For remote work (regardless of location): $204,900 - $233,800 annually.
• For work based in McLean, VA: $225,400 - $257,200 annually.

Candidates based in other locations will receive a salary that corresponds to their location. The role is also eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses and long-term incentives.
