Ensuring adherence to assigned schedules and quality metrics while maintaining productivity and efficiency.
Providing administrative support to clinical staff and managers for various projects related to medication refill programs.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance workflow efficiency and improve patient care outcomes.
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
A high school graduate or have a GED equivalent.
Certification as a Medical Assistant by the American Association of Medical Assistants or as a Registered Medical Assistant by American Medical Technologists.
At least 1 year of experience working as a Medical Assistant in a clinical or medical office environment.
Knowledge of medical terminology and medications is essential.
Strong computer skills, including experience with data entry, screen navigation, and working in Electronic Medical Records or Electronic Health Records.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
A displayed ability to care for patients genuinely and compassionately.
Must possess a reliable internet connection (note that Satellite and 5G connections are not acceptable).
