Overlapping Work Hours: Must have at least 4 hours of overlap with Ghana (GMT) and Kenya (EAT/UTC+3) working hours.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in instructor training and professional development, specifically concentrating on adult learning. Experience in program delivery, instructional quality, and coaching is necessary.
