  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.

Performance Standards

  • Process and complete claims within 7-10 days, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a QA score of greater than 85% on the quarterly scorecard.
  • Ensure audit errors remain below 2% and meet attendance standards set by the department.
  • Achieve an adherence percentage of greater than 80%.

Position Requirements

Candidates applying for this role should possess:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or claims processing, preferably in a call center environment.
  • A High School Diploma is required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail in claims processing.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Flexibility, adaptability to change, and a willingness to learn new systems quickly.

Benefits and Compensation

The offered base pay for the Claims Specialist position is $18 to $19 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
