Supporting implementation project management under the leadership’s direction.
Managing schedules and agendas for client meetings based on project scope agreements.
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and facilitating communication between clients and various operational areas, including Client Success and other service lines.
Utilizing spreadsheets and data visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI to prepare and present materials for client meetings.
Creating, delivering, and presenting standard and custom client-facing materials according to client specifications.
Analyzing and presenting numerical or statistical data using various techniques such as pivot tables and graphs.
Handling client requests via email and phone while ensuring clear understanding of their specific needs and managing expectations effectively.
Collaborating with the Client Success team to support business development initiatives and identify potential additional business opportunities.
Managing and presenting comprehensive case-level feedback to clients as required.
Maintaining a supportive and positive team culture that aligns with the core values of R1 RCM.
Keeping track of Client health through key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively recognizing areas that might need escalation or intervention.
To be considered for the Client Delivery Manager position, candidates must meet specific qualifications, which include:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in either internal or external customer service.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in using Excel for creating Pivot Tables, V Lookups, and other advanced functionalities (intermediate level or above).
Demonstrable experience in building reports, validating data, and providing analyses along with a background in quality assurance.
An ability to provide thoughtful feedback to both internal and external partners while supporting policy efficiencies across multiple stakeholders.
A proactive approach to identifying potential barriers and areas for growth to improve future operations.
This full-time position offers a base salary range between $69,556.00 and $114,234.05 per year. Factors that determine the individual salary include role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, the role is eligible for an annual bonus plan with a target of 10%.
