In this role, the Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner will:
Efficiently source candidates across various channels to build a robust talent pool and evaluate which resources yield the best clinical candidates.
Understand and effectively communicate the requirements to candidates regarding the K Health platform.
Collaborate closely with the medical leadership and operations team to enhance K Health's recruiting function.
Actively contribute to developing innovative provider recruiting strategies and refining processes.
Implement data-driven recruiting practices by utilizing insights from their Applicant Tracking System (ATS), particularly Greenhouse.
K Health is seeking candidates who possess the following skills:
At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably within the healthcare or physician recruitment field.
A strong passion for sourcing talent in a scaling environment.
Ability to build rapport with candidates while effectively communicating essential information.
Knowledge of the telemedicine industry and its landscape.
The capability to interpret and leverage data to augment recruiting methods.
An operational mindset focused on enhancing the candidate experience and forming solid partnerships with hiring managers.
Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using Greenhouse ATS as well as other sourcing tools like Doximity and LinkedIn Recruiter.
