A current AAPC or AHIMA coding certification.

Consulting experience that includes knowledge of coding compliance, coding litigation, and middle revenue cycle management.
Extensive experience in managing in-house coding teams and interacting with coding vendors.
A profound understanding of contemporary coding guidelines, reimbursement regulations, medications, and the necessities of documentation.
Experience in articulating information both verbally and in writing to clients.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
