Making cold calls using Orum from a predefined lead list.
Identifying relevant prospects who fit the criteria for email marketing.
Engaging prospects by asking the right questions to uncover their pain points.
Sparking interest in RetainIQ’s offerings while keeping the conversation engaging.
Effectively addressing common objections and doubts that the prospects might have.
Booking qualified meetings into the sales team's calendar.
The selected applicant will work 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, following the Pacific Standard Time schedule from 9 AM to 1 PM.
The compensation structure for this position consists of a base pay of $10 per hour, along with:
A $100 bonus for achieving three confirmed meetings within a week.
An additional $50 for each confirmed meeting beyond that.
Weekly payouts to ensure a consistent income.
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
Excellent spoken English with a neutral or American accent.
Previous experience in cold calling or appointment setting is highly desirable, especially in B2B or real estate sectors.
Proficient conversational skills – capable of asking, listening, and engaging effectively.
Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn new skills.
Bonus points for experience with eCommerce, email marketing, or sales tech tools such as HubSpot and Orum.
