Candidates are expected to meet the following educational and experiential criteria:

Between 3 to 5 years of professional experience in sales, pricing, commercial finance, or controlling, ideally within the FMCG industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex financial and commercial scenarios.
A hands-on mentality, capable of finding pragmatic solutions even in the absence of established tools or processes.
Excellent communication skills paired with strong presentation capabilities, along with a collaborative demeanor to work effectively across various departments.
