Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, the following criteria must be met:

  • Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification.
  • A Master’s degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority is mandatory.
  • Candidates must be licensed and reside in Delaware, where they will practice.
  • Upon hiring, new clinicians must complete in-house training focused on ADHD treatment standards and guidelines.
  • Participants will take a certification exam following the training to ensure they meet Thriveworks' standards before they start treating clients.

Compensation and Benefits
