  5. Project Management: Involvement in both global and regional projects is also within the purview of this role. The project management aspect will involve handling project plans, communications, resources, and deliverables to fulfill project goals effectively.

  6. Collaboration and Communication: Building strong internal relationships is crucial. The director will collaborate with HR, Legal, and Finance teams to communicate C&B programs effectively and conduct presentations tailored for the Spanish-speaking workforce.

  7. Vendor Management: Establishing partnerships with third-party providers is essential to meet compensation and benefits requirements, ensuring that vendors deliver as expected.

Qualifications

To be considered for the position, candidates must demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in managing and administering compensation and benefits programs in an international context, specifically within Latin America.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in managing teams.
  • An advanced understanding of Excel (including use of formulas, pivot tables, etc.) and comprehensive proficiency in HRIS systems, ideally Workday.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and oral, in English and Spanish.
