Job Role

Responsibilities

The Compliance Officer's responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and moderating user-generated creatives to ensure compliance with MGID policies and local legal requirements.

• Handling complex and escalated cases, making independent assessments of controversial content.
• Collaborating closely with the Legal, Sales, Product, and Support teams concerning compliance-related matters.
• Developing internal guidelines and “gatebooks” for specific regions to standardize moderation processes.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in content moderation or compliance in the digital advertising or tech space.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian is required.
