Position Overview

Job Title: Content Writer (UX/UI)

The role of Content Writer at PointClickCare focuses on providing customers with a consistent, relevant, and valuable content experience as they interact with the company’s software. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sustaining established products in the market
  • Capturing feature enhancements and changes in customer communications and product content
  • Writing in-app communications for product releases, regulatory updates, and product phase-outs.

In this capacity, content writers are tasked with close collaboration with Product Leaders and Engineers, creating UI content necessary for product updates. Responsibilities include:

  • Crafting dialog boxes, microcopy, ghost text, labels, button copy, and toast/snackbar messages.
  • Creating customer-facing assessments and forms through a Content Management System (CMS), as well as writing in XML format.
  • Optimizing content for publication within the product for end-users.
  • Managing the content release calendar and leading the writing process for technical help files.
  • Governing the Help Center, Resource Hub, and the Help File process involving QA, deployment, and release.

This position is offered as a 6-month contract, providing individuals with an opportunity to contribute meaningfully within a specified timeframe.

Required Skills and Qualifications
