The company is currently seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join their compact but effective recruiting team. This role is a contract position and specifically focuses on providing recruitment solutions across all levels of the organization.
In this position, the new hire will play a crucial role in the entire recruiting process, which includes:
Managing full-cycle recruiting for a range of technical roles within the organization.
Building partnerships with hiring managers to fully understand team requirements and develop robust search strategies.
Sourcing and engaging passive candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.
Guiding candidates and hiring teams through a methodical and inclusive interview process that aligns with the company's value system.
Maintaining an organized Greenhouse pipeline to ensure that team progress is tracked effectively.
Collaborating with colleagues to share insights and collectively improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Exploring AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance hiring processes, including candidate vetting and code review platforms.
Educating the recruiting team on the latest trends and tools pertaining to technological evaluations.
Advocating for the mission and values of The Motley Fool throughout the candidate journey.
To successfully apply for this role, applicants need to meet specific qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
Proven experience in hiring across various technical functions such as engineering, data, and infrastructure.
Strong understanding of evaluating technical skill sets, with the ability to effectively assess candidate alignment to roles.
Familiarity with technical concepts is essential, including an understanding of programming languages like React and React Native. Candidates do not need to code but should be comfortable communicating with developers.
Experience acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to both hiring managers and leadership teams.
Capability to adapt and thrive in a remote-first culture, demonstrating autonomy while also being an effective team player.
Excellent communication skills that are clear, confident, and considerate, necessary for interacting with candidates and internal teams alike.
A proactive and resourceful mindset, demonstrating eagerness to contribute ideas and improve processes.
Knowledge of Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is considered a plus.
This role is anticipated to be a 5-month contract with an hourly pay range estimated between $50 and $70 USD. This compensation is competitive and reflects the industry's standards for technical recruiting roles. The hourly rate may vary based on experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
