Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in instructional design, industrial psychology, education, adult learning, or a related field, or at least four years of relevant experience.
  • Three years of facilitation or training experience, particularly within the healthcare setting, is required. Clinical licensure is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.

Salary and Benefits
