  • Engagement & Retention Plans: Create and implement strategies to encourage customer engagement and enhance loyalty through lifecycle events.
  • Data-Driven Loss Management: Formulate proactive risk management frameworks to mitigate losses and support financially vulnerable customers.
  • Leadership & Talent Development: Direct and nurture a team of credit analysts, promoting a culture of excellence and ongoing education.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams within Monzo, including Product, Engineering, and Design, to tactically address customer needs and innovate solutions.
