Job Overview

As Life360 expands its operations in Latin America (LATAM), it is seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Manager. The position calls for a professional who will report to the LATAM Integrated Marketing lead and will take a crucial role in defining and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns targeted at raising awareness and increasing engagement and retention of Life360 members in the LATAM region. The campaigns will primarily focus on Spanish, Portuguese, and English-speaking users.

The selected candidate will also manage upsell and engagement communications in high-priority LATAM markets and oversee the rollout of new market initiatives, as well as product launches to cater to international members. The role is based in London with a hybrid work model that entails 2-3 days a month in the office.

Key Responsibilities

The CRM Marketing Manager will have a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Structuring the first regional Lifecycle Marketing (LCM) plan for LATAM, aiming to drive scalability and impact.
  • Proficiently building communications through email, in-app notifications, and push notifications using the Braze marketing engagement platform.
  • Managing end-to-end marketing campaigns that involve planning, concepting, design, localization, and strategy.
  • Collaborating with the CRM/Lifecycle Marketing team to conduct tests aimed at optimizing content, cadence, and engagement channels.
  • Defining best practices for the International LCM infrastructure, including segmentation and channel performance.
  • Aggregating and summarizing campaign results for actionable insights and continuous improvement.
  • Partnering with stakeholders such as Product Managers, and Legal to facilitate the successful implementation of Lifecycle marketing plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Life360 is on the lookout for candidates with a diverse background to complement its marketing team. The following qualifications and skills are essential:

  • Technical experience with digital marketing platforms, particularly Braze.
  • Background in international marketing efforts across multiple languages, ideally fluently in Portuguese or Spanish (both skills are a plus).
  • Significant experience in a B2C subscription business, preferably in app-based models with a freemium approach.
  • A proactive 'can-do' attitude coupled with a growth mindset and the willingness to explore high-leverage marketing opportunities.
  • Excellent familiarity with marketing channels, particularly owned media such as email and in-app marketing.
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, especially focused on engagement and retention strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills that inform decision-making based on data.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with exceptional time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly in team collaborations.
  • A strong eye for detail, project management competencies, and self-motivation are also critical for success in this role.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for the CRM Marketing Manager in the UK ranges between £81,500 and £97,000, with the final offer guided by the candidate's experience and background. Apart from a competitive salary, Life360 offers equity options as part of the compensation package.
